Tot Rehab

I just read on the mgmstudios.org website that TOT will be closed from Sept 17-Sept 30 or longer for rehab on the "tower console". Could this be true? Is this old news but new to me? I'm starting to get nervous with all the rehabs I have been reading about. Thanks for your help.

It also said they would only be doing one drop tower at a time, which means they would remain open during the rehab. Whether the source is reliable, well that remains to be seen. I would continue to look at posts, other websites for confirmation on this rumor.

Does Disney have any area on their website regarding rehabs? You would think that they would have a rehab schedule instead of having to jump through hoops to find out.

Interestingly ToT was one of featured attractions on Disney site today! They don't have any rehabs listed for October when we're going - but I am sure there will be a few.

Bleech! I am thinking about going back in September but I would gladly postpone my trip until October if the ToT is going to be down. That's probably the only ride I would change my trip for.
