Toshiba Laptop keyboard help!!!!

Please help me!!!! The touch pad would not work on my Toshiba Laptop Satellite L355 and I kept working on it and have made it worse. I was able to to the Fn + f9 key but it help saying it was disabled. Now, the whole keyboard doesn't work. Any ideas????? I think I must have toggled something off but I dont' know!!! TIA

You may have hit fn-F10 to activate the numeric keypad as arrow keys. In this case, press fn-F11 to deactivate it. You may have to push it twice.

Other possible solutions:

• remove power plug and battery for one minute, then reinsert and reboot.
• try a USB keyboard from another computer.
• run a spyware checker to make sure a keyboard logger didn't goof up your system.

Call the helpline. I had trouble with my keyboard also. Little different problem but I sent it back and they fixed it. It took a total of 4 days without laptop
