Though I've never been to that particular TB outlet, the outlet near O'Hare airport has a lot of BEAUTIFUL TB items. I've gotten very nice purses, wallets, and jewelry there, but mostly as gifts as the are by no means "cheap" or drastically discounted. There are many items at the outlet that are also still in retail stores and the prices reflect that. The only true "deal" I ever got there was a silicone phone case for $25. The only items I've seen under $100 are rubber flip flops (~$40), jewelry ($60-$100), and phone cases ($25-$80). So, in a nutshell, if you're looking for beautiful items or a special item to splurge on, then yes, go; however, if you're looking for deals, I'd say take a pass.
