Any advice on where to leave the car for a week at Toronto Pearson?

I heard of one lot (GTAA reduced lot parking) that allows you to take the tram to Terminal 1 or 3. Anyone used it and know of where to get a coupon?

Any other suggestions?

i would compare the price of parking at the GTA lot to Park n Fly. THey deliver you to your terminal after you drop off your car. And I found them to be cheaper than the GTA.

We've used the GTAA Reduced Rate lot twice. With the coupon they used to have on their site it was about $20 cheaper than Park & Fly. When they started construction on their lot last year they pulled the coupon from the site though, and it appears it still has not returned, so you might want to shop around. Check out parksleepfly.com too, you can often get a hotel room for the night before your flight plus parking, for the cost of parking alone.

I highly recommend the GTAA off site parking. Even if it is more expensive than Park n Fly, it is worth every extra penny! We used coupons too, so it made it much more affordable. Haven't been there since the contruction, but I'm sure it's even better now. So easy to use. Park, grab bags, walk to the tram! "Trains" come every 5 minutes (just like the trams at MCO). Quick ride into the terminals. If you go Park n Fly, you have to wait for a shuttle bus to pick you up, and I have had bad experiences waiting for them. Going back to the lot from the terminal is just as quick and easy.

The coupon for the reduced rate GTAA lot expired at the end of last year. I used it for our October trip and had to argue with the parking attendant to honour the coupon. She didn't understand that someone could have saved the file and printed even after it was pulled from the site. The tram is very convenient though - don't think we waited more than 5 minutes before it arrived and the trip to Terminal 1 was less than 10.

We just used the new multi-level GTAA parking lot called the Viscount lot. Depending on when you're going, its nice to be in a covered lot and not have to worry about cleaning the snow off your car. The opening special for 8 days of parking was $90. The reduced rate lot across the street would have cost $85, so not a big difference. There's an enclosed heated walkway to the people mover LINK train that takes you right to terminal 1. Very convenient. Don't have to wait for any shuttles. Leave your winter coats in the car!
