Tori Spelling, Why is she still "famous"?

I love her. She's not a classic beauty, but sometimes that's boring anyway. She can laugh at herself. I enjoy anyone who doesn't take herself too seriously.

It's a good quality and there are people who would do well to learn from that.

Ah that is the joy of the old saying, "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". We all have our opinions. I don't think Tori is the most gorgeous person I have ever seen but she's not ugly.

Now, I personally find Selma Hayek unattractive. She always has a smirk on her face. I don't like Renee Zellwegger (sp?) because she is always squinting. But I am sure other people love them.

She is one actress I just do not get. The only reason she got in the business is because of daddy. To me she seems to be fake and pretentious.

Of course she got into the business because of her father. Many children who grow up with parents in show business end up in show business themself. I was a huge 90210 fan and I had heard when she auditioned for that show she did it undera different name so nobody would know who she really was, she didn't want the part just because she was a Spelling. I always thought that was admirable.

I think she is average looking. I do not find her beautiful or ugly. I never thought she was as pretty as Jennie Garth though.

This may seem mean spirited, but Tori Spelling has to be the least attractive woman in Hollywood, yet she seems to find her way on the pages of magazines at the check out counter. The only thing that she seems notable for is being Aaron Spelling's daughter, which no doubt, opened a lot of doors for her. This was inspired by the Jennifer Anniston, who is at least attractive.

Dawn you are a mess. I swear I love to hate your post. This one - what can I say, it made me smile. Dawn I think it might be fair to assume that you are a little older (and maybe wiser) than me on a few subjects, but I didn't know who Aaron Spelling was until maybe a few years ago. Who I did 'know' was a character on 90210 named "Donna". "Donna" was one of my favorite characters. She was innocent and awkward. "Donna" was played by Tori. This show was on so long, I finished high school, college, got married, and became a mother in this shows 10 year life span. I like Tori and enjoyed her many TV (Sunday night - now lifetime channel) movies.

Oh please; we are talking about an actress that has her face on every other magazine. There are a lot of actors who aren't attractive. Tommy Lee Jones, Billy Bob Thornton, Mickey Rourke. Actually, being called a "horse" would be a step up from what I have been called by some who don't even know me but think they do.

I think Lily Tomlin is interestng looking and loaded with talent. Ms. Spelling has zero talent but she's got a legacy created by her father. It's what the Lifetime movies are all about. Around here we call them 'victim movies' and they star Spelling, Baxter Birney and a bevy of other non talent women who get cheated on, beat up, have their children kidnapped or worse in the films they get.

I agree completely. I am a guy and I happen to think she is Very Pretty, she is certainly FAR from Ugly, at least in my opinion. And if you MUST make comments about how ugly someone is, i would at LEAST make sure you are better looking than the person you are disparaging. And in that regard this post = FAILURE.
