topsiders - what time for oceaneer club/lab?

I imagine there must be times to avoid going to Topsiders for our own lunch & dinner if the Lab/Club is there. Any idea what time to avoid going ourselves?

From what I remember, they go very early to Topsider's- around 5:30- 5:45.I don't think it's even open yet for other cruisers.

I wanted to confirm the aforementioned comment. Topsiders is closed when the kids are there. And everything is very supervised so I feel good leaving DS5 in their care.
