After the "special requests," part of the surprise swap, I've started making extras of things, paper piecings especially. I have been hoping for the last, oh, six months of getting my swaps cleared out so I could

1. update my blog with new pieces
2. post things that I have already made on the Pass it Forward thread
3. take more requests, because I think I have to go on swap hiatus because it's going to be busy for me in Aug/Sept, but making more of things I've already done I can do.

I just went back and checked...her boys were the darn reason I made the Buzz in the first place!

my first idea, two different characters from the same movie, I was going to do one for each group. Then I decided that they really should go together. I also figured that AWM's boys might have a problem with them, so for my second idea, I am doing something definitely more for boys.

do I need to learn this technique? I'm not huge into flocked anything, must be scarred from flocked trees when we lived in Hawaii. Anyway, flocking might be good for animals though (get your minds out of the gutters now!).

We (DH & I) saw that commercial last night. We wondering who in their right minds would let someone else who has no experience take their baby? Who would really give up their baby to strangers? How long are the babies gone for?
Not that I'm the greatest Mom in the world. But hey, if I'm gonna pay for the therapy, I want to be the reason why.

The parents are next door the whole time and there is closed circuit television. If at any time they feel uncomfortable they can step in immediately.
