If you have dined at both, which did you prefer? Was it just the food options or something more?
We have dined at Narcoossee's 15-ish times. We have not been since the remodel, however. I would imagine the food quality is still top-notch. I generally do not think of a ballroom as a family place. Ballrooms are elegant, generally adult in my experience.I have dined at both several times and if I could only go back to one it would be Narcoossee's every time for me, but I think it depends on who is in your dining party. Topolino's is pretty but feels more like a large ballroom at a nice hotel, so might be good if you have a bigger party or some younger kids. Narcoossee's is more quaint and charming, so might be better for a couples dinner. I have ADRs for both booked for our next trip, but honestly wouldn't go out of the way to eat at Topolino's if we weren't staying at the Riviera. If you have any food allergies, I find the menu at Narcoossee's more accommodating as well. Enjoy your trip!
IMHO, they are very different experiences. I think the food and atmosphere are really good at both. For me, it would boil down to what might be a more convenient location and which fireworks show you would want to see. If view is important. I think the view of the MK fireworks are better at Narcoosee's than the view of the EP fireworks you get at Topolino's. I might give the slight edge on food to Narcoosee's. Narcoosee's is also slightly more intimate and romantic, IMHO.
It has always been a wonderful experience for us.Narcoossee's over pretty much all other WDW restaurants for me...not just Topolinos
Enjoy both, but my preference would be Topolinos. Love the atmosphere and the food. We always plan our meal to watch the EPCOT show from the balcony. You can watch the Water Pageant at Narcoossee's which is fun, but doesn't match up to the EPCOT show. Also prefer the wine list at Topolinos. However, you will not be disappointed with either choice.
