I spoke to a bar tender in Oct 2023. He had no idea, which makes me think maybe they batch a mix? A pro waiter overheard me and said they use 3-4 dashes each of Cocoa and Angostura bitters. Also said the vanilla was in a simple syrup and not much. I’m thinking maybe a tea spoon, or two. I couldn’t taste orange bitters, which is usually used in a old fashioned. (You guys all know this if you’re in this thread. Ha.) 2:1 bourbon to rum is right.
