Hey everyone,

My husband and I will be taking our first trip to Disney World in September and we are trying to figure out which resturants to make reservations at. Seeing as we have never been we are trying to find out which resturants you all would recommend in each park. So can everyone give me your top 2 resturants in each park?

Thanks :)

Bella

ok, here's our list:

MK: Cinderella's Castle (dinner)

EP: Le Cellier (dinner)

MGM: Brown Derby (lunch or dinner)

AK: RFC (lunch)

For me this is tough because the best restaurants, for the most part, are at the resorts near the parks and not actually inside the parks. But since you asked for inside parks only, my choices would be:

MK: Columbia Harbour House (CS) and Liberty Tree Tavern (TS)
DHS: Hollywood Brown Derby (TS) and 50's Prime Time (TS)
AK: Flame Tree BBQ (CS) and Yak n Yeti (TS)
Epcot: Bistro de Paris (TS) and Coral Reef (TS)

The only one of these that would make my fav at WDW, including resort restaurants, would be Bistro at Epcot.

Our top table service restaurants in each park are:

Magic Kingdom -- Crystal Palace (breakfast), Plaza Restaurant (lunch or dinner)

Epcot -- LeCellier in Canada (World Showcase) and Biergarten in Germany (World Showcase)

Hollywood Studios -- Mama Melrose and 50's Prime Time

Animal Kingdom -- cannot say as we have never dined at any of the table service restaurants. We are trying Yak & Yeti on our trip this September. We have never done Rainforest Cafe in Disney because we have them in Chicago and suburbs and we are not impressed with them

Thanks for all the great suggestions everyone! I am enjoying reading your responses.

We like:

MK - Plaza Restaurant
Epcot - Le Cellier
MGM - Mama Melrose

:goodvibes

Some of our favorites:

AK -- we've only tried Rainforest Cafe here -- great theming! Boma at AKL for dinner (really close, but not actually in the park -- our favorite meal!)
HS -- Brown Derby (for the food) & Sci Fi (for the entertainment/novelty)
EP -- Rose & Crown & Marrakesh -- even better is Flying Fish (at the Boardwalk, but easily accessible from Epcot)
MK -- CRT for in-the-park, but if you are willing to get on the monorail: 'Ohana for dinner at the Poly (lots of food, lots of fun).

MK: Liberty Tree Tavern
AK: Boma....off property but not far!
HS: Yuck...none!!
Epcot: Le Cellier

Our favorites are:

MK - Crystal Palace (breakfast)
Epcot - LeCellier (lunch or dinner)
HS - 50's Prime Time Cafe
AK - ??? (we only visit about every 3rd year)

Here's mine for table service:

MK:
Crystal Palace Winnie the Pooh breakfast & Liberty Tree Tavern character dinner

Epcot:
Biergarten dinner (or lunch) in Germany, Le Cellier in Canada

DHS:
Sci Fi Drive In lunch & 50's Prime Time Cafe dinner

Animal Kingdom:
To be honest, the best dinner is to head on a bus 5 minutes to Boma or Jiko at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. It is so worth it for the food, atmosphere, & the lodge itself has tons of activities!!

Our faves:

AK - Tusker House (though we're trying Yak & Yeti next month, which we hear is terrific). Flame Tree BBQ is good CS.

EPCOT - Bistro de Paris

MK - Crystal Palace (b'fast or lunch...never done dinner).

DHS - Brown Derby. Love the Grapefruit Cake!

I would have to say all the restaurants we prefer are either at the resorts or DTD.

As for ones at the park :wizard:
MK: Crystal Palace
Epcot: We enjoy eating around the world and having CS
HS: Ewww :sad2:
AK: None yet, we are trying Yak & Yeti this summer

Like I said we don't really eat at the parks :rotfl:
Other places I would recommend would be: Boma (AKL), Kona (Poly), Wolfgang Puck (DTD), and Narcoossees (GF) :lovestruc

Epcot--Biergarten and Marrakesh

Studio--50s Prime Time and Hollywood & Vine

AK--Flame Tree BBQ

MK--usually eat CS here

You all are so great with the suggestions and are really helping me decide :)

Bella

Magic- Crystal Palace
Epcot- Le Cellier, even with the new menu we really like the mushroom filet
AK- we are trying yak and yeti so get back to on that since we leave in a little over 2 weeks!
MGM- hard decisions. i mean Brown Derby hands down but if you are on DDP then for sure go with Mama Melroes.

Hope this helps We are personally resort diner's
