Congrats on your last day....Megan's too! I just can't believe it is already here...this year has gone so incredibly fast, and it has been the longest by days out of all of them! Go figure!
My creativity vein has run dry.....sorry can't come up with anything cute for the card, but I think you have lots of good ideas so far. I wanted to come up with something creative and cute for Megs' teachers for their end-of-the-year gift, but drawing a blank there too. I bought them gift certificates for Mani/Pedis, but wanted to bundle it all up in a creative way......yeah, I got nothing!Oh well!!!! We love these two so much, and I hate that I haven't been able to think of anything yet!!!!
I have no good ideas, but I just love the picture of Bo. Chelsea's going to get such a kick out of the picture.
Jackie, I'm totally uncreative so I won't be much help in thinking of something for Chelsea's birthday cardHaving Bo on it though is such a great idea and I love what some of the other DISers are coming up with!

Omgosh that card idea is great! I can't wait to hear the final ideas, and results! YAY for summer break!
I just got the summer issue of the DVC member magazine and came across something that might interest you:
"This summer, pirates will invade Disney's Hilton Head Island Resort on a weekly basis. Tuesdays, to be precise. Resort Cast, Guests, and Members will strap on their eye patches, practice their "ARRR's" and play a veritable treasure trove of pirate games while a DJ spins poolside tunes."
Hmmm......
what would a cut out say...hmmmm
Bo thought he was joining you on your birthday vacation, but alas he's stuck to the ground......
Lame attempt...let me think more about it.
I am totally drawing a blank too!
But CONGRATS on being done!![]()
I hope you're enjoying your first day of summer vacation!
Hi Jackie!
Sorry, just a drive by hello today... I have to get back to work!
Bo the Lifeguard is so cute... I'm wondering if we could think up of a play on words...
Coke is the real thing, sorry I'm not!
Kathy
The card for Chelsea is a super cute idea! It's fun to read everyone's ideas for the message. I'm not feeling creative right now, sorry! I was thinking MeMom would have something good - she's so good with words. (Don't mean to put you on the spot, MeMombut you're good!)
Hey Jackie! I haven't posted in a few months but lately have been lurking at your TR. I am going to Hilton Head in around 3 weeks. I would not mind at all to send you some things to look at. I always pick up 2-3 books with activities and restaurants everytime I go. I love the card ideas!
Is Bo cardboard? If so you could say something about him wanting to go with but he can't get wet. If he's not cardboard, you could say something about him wanting to go so he can be her surfboard. ??? Just brainstorming. Sounds lame now. Sorry.
Hi Jackie!
I have a lot of catching up to do, but I just saw that your trip plans changed big time! A beach vacation sounds WONDERFUL.
I LOVE the pics of Connor with the pinata!
I would not mind at all to pay for the postage. Just PM with your info and I will send it when I get back. We are staying at the Hilton Head beach and Tennis Resort in the Folly Field area this time since we are just going for the weekend. We usually stay in Sea Pines at the Beachside Tennis villas across from the South Beach Marina. Have you thought about renting bikes? That is my favorite activity. You can almost bike anywhere in Hilton Head. They also have fireworks, I think it is every Tuesday night, at the marina.
CONGRATS TO YOU! SUMMER HAS STARTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()

I just came out from under three nights of school events. I am wiped out! Thank goodness for the weekend! My DS4's Montessori school was closed today... darn.
Just glad to know you have your summer!![]()
Flip flops and shorts sounds perfect!
Chelsea and Connor must be so excited summer is finally here.
We have a half day today and then 19 more days.
Most of the kids don't even come in today. They're already in the Hamptons, Fire Island, or Connecticut for the long weekend. I'm counting down the seconds until dismissal at noon. Then, it's off to Maryland.
