12/10-12/15 - Preferred Room CSR with FD and 8 day park hoppers

Only took about 10 minutes.

Ackkk, it's taking the agent a while. PLEASE be availability....PLEASE. Yep.....availability at POP for 10/20 through 10/28 and it dropped my package price (was using a 30% PIN code) a whopping 465.00.....YAY!!! That's AWESOME! Still waiting on the changes to be confirmed....gosh I hope this goes through! She said something changed or should have changed and then she put me on the music hold again

Good luck to everyone else still waiting. Might want to try calling back in using another phone and going through 'make a new reservation'. I think they must have more people manning those lines.....I got through in 10 minutes or less.

Be patient!! I just got into work early and every agent on the floor are on the phones and every queue is lit up like the 4th of July!!! Very busy day for us.
