My mom got through while I am still on hold! We are both booked at POR and the CM told her we might have to switch resorts. She is on hold now. I am sooo stressed! I am on hold on my work phone with Disney, on my home phone with my mom and cell phone with my husband! Now my mom just told me the CM disconnected with her. OMG!! I have been on hold for 43 minutes.

I am. 43 minutes and counting. My dates and room cat are all open on the site, so I'm not too worried. I just have other stuff to do! And my kids are being a little crazy upstairs and dh seems to be sleeping through it.

I called on my home phone and said I wanted to modify my exisiting reservation. I then called on my cell phone and said I wanted to make a new reservation. It said 15 minutes wait then. I didn't want to waste my minutes, so I hung up. At the 25 minute, I decided to call with my cell and was on hold there for 11 minutes. I was on hold with my home phone for 36 minutes before I hung up when my cell call was answered. At some point while I was waiting for the system to update my reservation, my cell cut off. Grrr! Here we go again...

My son woke up, too. I set him up in my room and the Disney Channel and moved to the office, saying I had an important "work phone call"... I just got the bleary eyed "I just woke up" stare and he shuffled off...

Hilarious! My son's birthday was yesterday so I finally got him downstairs with his new stuff and he forgot about following me.
