The menu is limited because Disney doesn't have a kitchen at BLT. Just a warming station and a microwave and that is on the floor below the TOTWL.

It's for DVC members staying at BLT. From what everyone is saying DVC members staying at BLT on points or a cash reservation made through MS.

You must be staying on a DVC reservation through MS (points or cash) at BLT to access the lounge.

whenever we go there we try to stop up a few nights and have a few drinks. it is never too busy there and that is too bad since it is so nice there. hopefully it will remain open since it would be a great lost to the member there.

Opens at 5pm and will be open until at least midnight.

We have a split trip next year and we want to go to TOTW the night we check out. We will have already checked in at Kidani.

Technically they don't have to. If it were me, I would change my plans to insure access.

Technically, no. Everyone going up there is supposed to be staying at BLT on a DVC points or DVC cash reservation (made through MS).

My 14 and 11 year olds had no trouble accessing the lounge separately to us (they had KTTW cards with "DVC Member" on them).

We did check with the lady in the lobby before we let them do this the first time, and she looked a bit confused that we were asking at all.
