I feel very sick to my stomach. I got into the queue at 5:35, just got into the room five minutes ago and lost horribly because someone cut me off (I wasn't able to get off my ice chair because they were in the way). The game favors people with faster internet (also it favors people who get in first as they are able to choose the best seat). I feel like I just got cheated of two hours of waiting around my computer. My distaste and rage at the stupidity of such a Host Game has nearly robbed me of all will to continue playing VMK.

The Teleporter Games are better as everyone has the same chance of winning and the lines go faster. If you are listening Hosts/VMK, the Teleporter games are BETTER for everyone.

Now I'm going into a corner and crying. Nearly an eighteen year old male crying because of pixels. I hope you're happy, VMK...

The fact that someone blocked you is part of the strategy of the game. The teleporter games are sheer luck. This game is skill (and luck).

Yes, internet speed is a factor too.

Things happen in host games. When I was in there about 20 minutes ago, I got a TRADE REQUEST just as Fin said "Go!" What's with that?!?!?!?!?

And all Fin said was, "Turn off trades next time you are in a host game."

It happens.

My genuine concern is this part of your statement above:

You did not get cheated. You played the game. Sadly, someone blocked you. Just like someone through a trade request up on me right when the game started. Rage is a very strong emotion to have for a silly host game that did not go as you wanted.

Trust me - I know how this game can get to us. I've been there. Purple hat quest anyone???

Take a deep breath. Play with your dog or cat for a minute and hop back in that line for another try. You never know - there may be a blue mansion chair with your name of it - I am hoping there is one for me. (And trust me, my trade requests will be off!)

Boo I lost. I did terrible to be honest. Not even close, LOL. the winner was at the top and somehow I ended up on the bottom on the side of the dang structure. There is almost no skill for that one. Once everyone is up you end up clicking heads instead of rides. Oh well, it happens.

I got in line as soon as I got home from work. Started at 540 something. I made it all the way down to zero at exactly 8:30 and it wouldn't let me enter Said that room wasn't available from the map Two nights in a row of sitting here babysitting the computer and I wasn't even able to get in. Tonight hurt worse because I was SO close and it really was no fault of my own.

I guess my question is...if the host event is from 5:30 - 8:30...why was I unable to enter at 8:30? Shouldn't they let it go through that last minute and turn it "off" at 8:31? Anyways, I'm just reminding myself it's just a game.

I think that Phinny's clock is off, because the room actually opened tonight 1 minute early according to my clock.
