Top Chef fans - any guess on the winner next week?

Buddha has to be the favourite, but Evelyn is also quite good. I'd like for Buddha to win, wouldn't be mad about either.

Sarah wouldn't be a terrible winner either, but because she was in LCK for such a long time we haven't gotten a chance to get attached to her if you only watch the main show (which I have done).

So I guess it really comes down to the final cook.

I was really rooting for NIck, so was sad to see him go. Have liked Evelyn from the start, so would be nice if she won. I love the see an underdog though come out of LCK, and all the chefs were so surprised that she was back in the competition. With her wins, she's showing she's a tough competitor.> Buddha good too though, good group in the final 3, but I'll pull for Evelyn,

I’ve liked Evelyn from the start . She’s passionate about her food as is Sarah . I kind of feel like Buddha is a bit calculated about the competition. He makes great dishes but he seems so focused on the win . Evelyn is genuine and and humble . I like that about her . My gut tells me Sarah will win though because of her creativity with ingredients because of her upbringing. They are all amazing chefs though .

I truly like all three. Any one of them can pull off the win. I think it will be Sarah or Buddha.

I watched LCK so to see Sarah crush it there and again on TC, amazing. IMHO, she was scared to just be herself and once she realized that was the key she has taken off.

I enjoy Evelyn. She elevates simple dishes. Although I will say she really had a leg up so far in Tucson growing up with carne seca, cactus, and chiltepin.

Buddha. He is a studier. He wants to win. He watched and learned from previous seasons. You can study and be prepared all you want, but if you can't put that on a plate you won't get far. And ... HE CAN PUT THAT ON A PLATE! His dishes always look amazing.

I appreciate all 3 of them. I really liked Damar and Nick too. The top 5 were all great to watch. I had a very soft spot for Nick though. Loved the baker! I'd like him to win fan favorite.

The super fan studier won! Buddha makes gorgeous dishes. Those leaves!! 🍁

They all put their heart into it. You could tell these 3 enjoyed each other.

Great season! I was teary eyed knowing Buddha won for his dad. 🥰

And FYI, 6/5 WWHL will announce the Fan Favorite.

Yeah, I figured Buddha would win with all those amazing garnishes. The leaves rustling--I can't even!
I couldn't believe that comment. I would SO like to try that dessert!

I like the later versions of TC better than the early ones. I like that the chefs have learned that they don't have to be cut throat with the other chefs in order to win, they just have to perform well in the kitchen. They also seem to learn a lot from one another, and I like that, too.

Congratulations to Buddha! I can't even believe his level of creativity, let alone that his food apparently also tastes amazing.

I am pleased that Evelyn and Sarah cooked well in the finale, too. Truth be told, their food does seem a bit more "accessible" to me. But there's no denying Buddha's fine dining chops. It was so touching when he talked about winning for his father, and when he called his family to tell them he won.

I was in tears for Buddha.

They all did a great job. Buddha, Evelyn and Sarah had a rapport that I enjoyed — a mutual respect. It was a fun season to watch.

I'm happy with the final three and who won. At first he was not my favorite but he grew on me. I lived in Houston for 11 years so it was great to see the city and Galveston. Evelyn was consistently great and I really want to try her bunuelos. I loved Sarah's comeback in LCK. I'll miss top chef until next season!

I think by the 2nd dish Buddha's win was a foregone conclusion. You could sort of see that the editing was really stretching to come up with negative comments from the diners about him.

Overall, this was a fun season. I like when there isn't a "villain" edit - closest we came was Jackson, who - spoiler alert - had recovered from COVID and had lost his sense of taste and smell. Not sure if that was mentioned at all. :p

I'd really like to see Jackson on another season where he can actually taste and smell everything. I was a little concerned that Buddha's menu was more a celebration of his technique than a progressive menu, but he certainly seemed to pull it off. Bravo should open a restaurant somewhere with the recipes of some of these meals, so many things I'd like to try.

Good, would have been my vote. I may make it a point to go his restaurant when I'm in Chicago in August.

Glad to hear Damarr won FF! I was hoping he'd be in the finale with Nick as his sous chef. I loved both of them.
