I have seen top snack threads, however none dedicated to the countries. We plan on using 3 snacks throughout the countries in replace of lunch, so what would you suggest?

From browsing around it seems like these are the top options.
Egg Rolls from China
Pretzel from Germany
Napoleon from France

Definitely the egg rolls. They're fantastic.

Maybe a funnel cake from America?

Really can't go wrong with School Bread in Norway either. It lives up to its hype!

That Carmel chocolate cupcake from the German bake shop looks amazing, we have that on the must try list. I'm not sure what is considered a snack credit in WS? We've never done the dining plan. But in France really anything in the bakery, wold the French bread pizza here count as a snack? And yeah I love that funnel cake(wash is down with a grey goose slushie!

Pecan Caramel Cluster from Germany
Ham & Cheese Croissant from France
and of course...
an Egg Roll :goodvibes

I havent had the egg rolls yet.. Hmm need to try them..

Love anything from the Norway or French bakery and Germany!!

Yes on the egg roll!!! I always grab one and take my seat on the curb across the way for IllumiNations! :goodvibes

My favorites are in France at the bakery, which is kinda a little hole in the wall. I didn't discover it until my 3rd trip lol. I love the cream puff and the chocolate cake. That chocolate cake was the best cake I've ever had in my life. And yes, I ate both, at the same time. Hush, I was on vacation lol. :yay:
I need to try these eggrolls and the school bread. Taking notes for October

Pretty much anything from France Bakery-last time we had the Napoleon. Very good.

I like the Rice Cream at Kringla. Very good and not too sweet.

That's the Rice Cream in back topped with Strawberries

I'll add one if from DD12-The American Dream at Fife and Drum.

My 3 choices are all available with a SC on DDP. FYI, unless it's changed recently, the funnel cakes at Epcot are still not available as a SC. I keep hoping this will change as many locations that haven't taken DDP have now switched over. You can get funnel cakes in other parks, however, with a SC.

I'm personally interested in the use of SC since I maintain the 2012 Confirmed Snacks List (link below).

I think it's time to try the egg rolls. Are they really that good?

As others have said, most anything from the Patisserie or Kringla are wonderful.

My favorites...
Eclair from Patisserie
Caramel Corn from Karamel Kuche
Waffle from Kringla

Anything from the caramel shop in Germany
Pick your favorite from the Patisserie in France (I agree with PP about the chocolate cake; I have had better Napoleons, but that choc. cake is the best)
Cloudberry Horn from bakery in Norway

We also love the kaki gori (snowcone) in Japan. It would only be in my top 3 on a really hot day. I don't know how they do it, but those things are delicious and refreshing and don't even resemble the snowcones we are used to here in the US. If I had to eliminate one of the above, it would probably be the french pastry, since we can find really great french pastries elsewhere; it's harder to come by fresh caramel or Norwegian food...at least where we live.

What makes the egg rolls so special? Are they different from the usual eggrolls we'd get from our local places? We have never tried one in Epcot, but now I am intrigued.

i have to add the cloudberry horn from norway (lots of people like the schoolbread there too) and anything from the caramel shop in germany. YUM!!!!!
