Top 3 Bucket List Trips

I know there's a place somewhere in the Indian Ocean (can't remember the where at all, though) where they guarantee you'll see whales. Nothing as fun as humpbacks (that's my ultimate to see whale), but you'll see Grey Whales and apparently a lot of them. Mind you, you have to go at a certain time of year, which I'm all for.

I definitely want to check out whale watching in MA though. I've heard nothing but good things about the tours!!!
I've done two, one out of Gloucester with school and one out of Salem (with the rest of the day being spent with all the other cool things to do in Salem) with my parents.

1. Mont St. Michele, France (got to Normandy a few years ago on a Viking River Cruise -- oh, so close!)
2. A week on the Dingle Peninsula in Ireland -- went to Ireland on tour a couple of months ago, and I just want to STAY out there, walk the roads
3. Italy, mainly to see the Michelangelo statues

Galapagos Islands

Italy / Greece

Panama Canal cruise

I used to live in Hawaii, so that one’s done! Someone mentioned Iceland….I’ve been there once and we’re stopping over for two nights on our way back from Copenhagen next June! Fabulous!

California - We want to visit family and friends in two different parts of the state (and of course make a stop at Disneyland!)
Hawaii
England/Ireland with DS
- DH and I have each been to Europe at different times, but have not been together, and DS has never been. (Another couple we're good friends with want to go as well, so ideally, we'd like to coordinate with them and their son.)

I've really only got two that I would say are bucket list:

1. China
2. African Safari

There are lots of other places I would like to visit, or go back to, but these are the two biggies that I haven't done yet and I really want to do.

1. World (no not kidding, planning)
2. India (because my world tour plans skip it)
3. Middle East (ditto)

/
1. Hawaii - preferably a cruise from California or Seattle with a lot of sea days going and coming.
2. Europe - I've seen some of Europe because my dad was in the military when I was growing up but I would love to go to Italy plus DH has never been and it's on his bucket list.
3. NYC - without a budget as a PP said. We're going in October but we're definitely working on a budget!

I've been to the UK, never made it to Ireland. I would love to do another UK trip with DD ( We were there last year). We spent most of the time visiting family as we were travelling with the In-laws (which was great and the accommodation was free). I didn't get as much time to see the sites as I had wanted due to my MIL not feeling well the first few days we were there. (Totally not her fault, it just meant we didn't get to cover as much as we would have liked)

Absolutely number one on my travel bucket list is an African safari.

My next two are zip-lining through a Costa Rican rainforest & an Alaskan cruise.

Honorable mention is a RV road trip across the United States ending in California at Disneyland & going through parts of Texas, the Grand Canyon, Route 66, & other points of interest along the way. DH thinks this idea sounds CRAZY & is completely NOT on board. LOL!

African Safari. Alaskan cruise. Europe trip, maybe a Med. cruise, hitting Italy (Rome), France, and Greece.

I waiver on Australia/New Zealand. Would love to visit, but that flight is so long from the east coast and DH has visited and said its "one giant California". That made me feel mehhh towards it!

We'll be crossing one off our bucket list next year when we do Hawaii for two weeks :sunny:

1) Somewhere in Asia. Not sure where, exactly.
2) African safari (for sightseeing/pictures, not hunting)
3) Ecuador and Galapagos Islands

I feel blessed to have been able to go to Costa Rica and France/Germany/Switzerland already. Italy is very high on the list of another place I would like to visit! DH and I are in the life stage of raising little kids (#2 on the way and likely plan for a third and final baby in the next 3 years) so all these trips seem like they will be in the very distant future. We are planning a "big" trip for our 5 year anniversary and it's just a 4 night Disney cruise which will be new to us.

1) Walk on the Moon
2) Summit Mt. Everest
3) can't single out one place - lots of options

Hawaii
Alaska
NYC

I was fortunate enough to be born in Europe and have visited pretty much all the places I wanted to see there with the exception of Italy. Hawaii was never on my radar until it became an actual possibility when we became DVC members.

1. Amsterdam/Munich/Prague in one nice long trip.
2. Japan
3. I really want to stay in one of those bubble hotels (Attrape-Reves) in France.

I have a bunch of other places. We plan on lots of travel in the next 20 years.

#1 Antarctica, below the circle
#2 African Safari
#3 Australia[/QUOTE
