Can you please tell me what time do they do rope drop and what special happens?? if anything?

pretty sure it is 10am. Don't know what happens though.

When we were there Goofy, Pooh and Eeyore come up to the rope and dropped meet e rope. Pooh took some kids to the line up to see the charecters and Goofy took one lucky kid to ride the Barnstormer. We sprinted for the princess line. (trust me, move as fast as you can....leave one parent to park any stollers or watch smaller children and go DIRECTLY to the princess line! Seconds can cost you minutes in line! (we were there for the rope drop and still had a 20 minute wait! Of course, it was worth it!)

In September we took the "secret" trail leading from Tomorrowland to Toontown for ropedrop and got there all by ourselves... the rest of the pack are kept at the entrance in Fantasyland behind the rope. It was just the 3 of us and one lady and her toddler. All of sudden Mickey, Chip & Dale all came out and we got to spend about 10 minutes with them before the official opening! It was sooo much fun! Mickey spent lots of time with the lady and her adorable daughter and Chip and Dale spent most the time playing with us. Dale got mad at me for trading my Dale pin away while I still had my Chip pin!

Like LaraK said, if you want to see the princesses get in line fast!! The line grows really quickly! We still had to wait about 10 minutes too see Aurora and Snow White. And no the Princesses did not come out and greet... they were in the room waiting for everyone.
