Toontown & Adventureland not opening until 10 a.m.?

Guess I've been "out of the loop" because I wasn't aware of this until I stumbled over to the Disney News & Rumors Board and read it on the Adventureland thread..

This is really getting to be a bit much.. Trying to plan around late openings, early closings, once-a-week shows and events, etc..

I shudder to think what else will have been "cut" by the time we get there in February!!!

I also have seen that Adventure Land is not opening until 10:00 on slow days. But to the best of my knowledge, ToonTown has not opened before 10:00 in recent memory. Everytime we've been there that has been the opening time. We've been in August, October and November....a pretty good sampling to times. Every time it's been 10 for ToonTown. Even on the EE days.

We just got back and yes, both did not open until 10am. Toontown has always opened at 10am but I was very surprised by Fronteirland 10am opening...

However, you also posted that it was empty!

There is no way Disney can afford both an Empty park and full hours. Just the econmic facts of life.

Just Wondering, on EE days does Frontierland still open at 10:00 or are these rides open to enjoy for the extra hour??

I hope they are open, but if not I'd like to know before I arrive.

I think it is Adventureland that is opening at 10:00. I don't think there's been a change to Frontierland hours.
