Took your advice...AM Safari booked!

Thanks to those who replied to my Pre-planning post. I kept calling and made sure to give them our cell number since we traveled today...glad I did! They called while we were on the road. The trip is a Christmas surprise for our kiddos so there was a lot of spelling done! CM was wonderful and went right along w/me

We did the morning safari and it was one of the most amazing things we have done with our children. The park is so beautiful and untouched when you get to see it, the animals are all out and about. And the guide is very good and takes special care with the participants. You will also enjoy the amazing breakfast buffet. Make sure you post a trip report and have a wonderful time!

Congrats! It sounds like you had an excellant CM to join you in the spelling game.

Could you tell me what the morning safari is? Can anyone book it? How much does is cost per person? We have the backstage tour of the Animal Kingdom booked, but it sounds like this is something different?

We just did the Sunrise Safari in Oct and we really enjoyed it. Our group met up at 7:15 in the lounge then went downstairs. We headed over for the safari at 7:30. The safari lasted a good 45 minutes. They gave us lots of great info and stopped often so we could take lots of pictures.
The buffet breakfast at Tusker House starts at 9am and it was really good. The chef came out and told us what everything was.
We enjoyed it very much and would do it again.
