Took the MS survey recently.....

..... mostly it was fluff stuff, ie wait time,MS attitude,service,etc. But then it asked how I would prefer to make reservation. I want to do it over the internet and that's how I voted, but I wish they gave me the opportunity to add a disclaimer: I only want to do it over the internet if I'll know imediately what the results are.

I agree. Real time internet reservations are the way to go!

An online point tracker would be a dandy improvement as well. I'm not so great when it comes to spreadsheets and such, so I haven't tackled on the great trackers our friends here have offered. I'm a bit overwhelmed, and I have no doubt it's just me. Further, I'd like to be able to access it from home and work, so an online version provided by DVC would be just great. It would also be nice because it would tell me what they think I have too--no mistakes to be found months later!

I just received the survey letter today the 9th. To bad it asks for the survey to
be completed by the 8th. Go figure...

We too, only got the invitation to take the survey on the 9th and though it said that we were requested to take the survey by the 8th, we were able to fill it out and submit it yesterday.

I told them that the on line ressie request was too cumbersome, I didn't want to give alternate dates or accomodations. If I had read this thread prior to filling the survey, "real time reservations" does describe what I want.

I hope the powers that be hear us and take heed!
