Took my DH to his first pin trade......GUESS WHAT!!!

HES HOOKED!!!! The only problem is he is hooked
on the hat pin set.....crud what am I gonna do. Can you still trade for
them.....anybody???? I havent heard or
seen anything about them is ages.....opinions please!!!

Oh and by the way....I shall have to sit on the man at Disney as he was
trying to trade away my LEs for racks he liked......ugh!!! this is gonna be
an expensive trip....whew!!!

I went out to Madison Mc Donalds to meet up with Kevin (unicorn44057) for
long awaited trade. We had lined this up months ago and he was holding
my pin till I could get one he wanted.

We did however decide we would have a NE OHio meet after the new pin event
and the Sept release at the Store.....I will definately let you know about it.

Paul is now hooked to the point of wanting to pay out the nose on ebay.....
Can you imagine him at the big event in two weeks. We may have to sell
my car while we are there just to buy him pins.....lol

Another pin trader among us, huh? Last year some friends wen tto WDW & brought me back the 4th of July pins from the four parks. The husband, who was not into pins, went to AK to get the pin for me. A few weeks ago they were getting ready for another trip to WDW. The children were showing me their tradeable pins, etc. & what does their dad bring out? His lanyard with pins! Another one the dust ...!

Trying to get Paul to spend all day Friday at
Epcot for the big event, and now we have a
good reason. If he wins the chance to buy the
LEs maybe he can trade for his hat pins......oh
boy!!! originally he wasnt staying there all day
for pins......and now, it doesnt sound to bad to
him....lol!!!

tel lhim to look for Pintrader (Kath) at the Friday night Contemporary pin meet. I have the hat pins. Maybe we'll see one another at the breakfast.

JudySue will let me have only traders on my lanyard and checks everything I trade for afterwards. If I have custody of the book I will have to check with her on almost anything. I do (at least most of the time) listen to her, so I have not gotten into (much) trouble yet. I have a reasonable idea about many of the pins, but nowhere near her degree of expertize.

Paul will be looking for you for sure. We may not make the Friday night contemporary
meet, but we will be at the Saturday event. And we arrive too late Thursday so
we didnt get breakfast tickets. Keep you fingers crossed we get some
LEs to trade for the Hats. We have a few now, and would probably have to do 2 for 1 with
what we have, but even that would be worth it for him.

Look for us Friday at Epcot, Paul will be wearing a lime green collared t shirt, very very lime green. We will be with our son....if you see us, YELL HI!!! and come trade, please.

you made me chuckle when I saw your post. I'd sooner spot Paul if he was NOT in lime gree. He'll probably blend right in with the other 1500 guys carrying bags for their gals. LOL I will have Traci Trader with me and should have my name badge on. Will be participating in JJ and ML pin adventures as well. I JUST CAN'T WAIT ! ! ! ! ! ! !

wait til you see this shirt...it is so lime green its embarrassing. Only its so Dis
board appropriate he has to wear it. It is in fact one of his favorite shirts.
Last year he went to a proffessional golf outing to see Tiger play, while standing
at one of the holes watching, the pro who was golfing, said"whew that is some
shirt buddy" Paul just laughed, but you know what....his friends saw him on
TV.....lol!!! He bought it in Jamaica a few years ago, and its never going to wear
out....ugh!!!


Look forward to seeing you and traci trader, and hoping to come up with something
to trade for his pins.....keep your fingers crossed for me.
