Too young for BBB?

I made dresses for my niece and looked at YouTube videos on how to do the hair. I also purchased the crown at DHS at the shop outside VotLM and did my niece's hair. I did not put all of it up as she had very long and curly hair. I got a lot of CM's commenting on her hair and saying that BBB doesn't normally do it that way. I had to let them know I did her hair.

She was old enough for BBB, but I didn't want to waste park time or pay the cost of BBB. I think she kept it in longer as she only had half her hair up. I think she would have complained more if it had all been up.

My little was was 2.5 and she did well. However, her big sis was in the chair next to her getting primped so she followed suit. They have storybooks so you can have your DD sit on your lap & you read & distract her so the CM can do her hair
