I have seriously fallen off the wagon for 3 weeks now. I have a gym membership that I haven't had time to use for 3 weeks. Actually 2 weeks because the whole reason I stopped is I was sick and couldn't stand the thought of walking on the treadmill and having my face hurt becasue of the sinus infection. I've been trying to figure out when I can go this week. It just wont happen. Then there were the M&M's and GS cookies!! Not to mention the cake and ice cream from mom's birthday. I have been doing the large Coke thing all week. It is my vice when I'm stressed. I'm caring for my grandmother and she really stresses me. Everything has to be just so and on schedule or else she will have a tantrum. I understand she really isn't the person she used to be and has to be treated more like a 2-3 yr old. Hence...M&M's and big Coke's!!!I keep telling myself only 2 more days. OH yeah...Nick is also having state tests this week and next that I have to orchestrate getting to and from. He is also getting ready for a Bible Quizzer meet that will decide if he continues on or is done for the year. Ok now I've vented some. Sorry. I need to put the GS cookies in the freezer for when I can have them. I'm not losing the Coke yet..next week after grandma is back at mom and dads. I am cooking healthy meals this week...have to with grandma here. We are even eating at the kitchen table and not in the living room watching tv. Nick is actually really liking that! I will hit the gym fresh next week. Nick can hang out with mom while I go. I also will make sure I get in bed at decent times so I get plenty of sleep. I'll start now with the sleep thing.
Later.

First off...you need {{{hugs}}}. I know exactly where you are coming from. I have fallen off the wagon too many times to count. The most important thing is getting back on and never giving up. Heck, I just realized the other day thru WISH that I am addicted to chocolate! Who would have thunk it? ;-) You're doing the right thing, thinking ahead and already changing how you are doing things - climbing back upon the wagon! Good for you. :-)

I just read this on someone else's post (sorry can't remember who you were) but thought it might help you:

For those who think that "falling off the wagon" means you are a failure... Know that no one fails, they just stop trying. Try again.

Hope this helps. :-)
