our PSs:
Chef Mickeys - 1st night
Crystal Palace- dinner before MNSSHP
Donald's Breakfastsaurus
Garden Grill ice cream

(I told him "well we're having ice cream!"

Also have O'Hana's and Castle lunch

If you're looking for opinions, mine is that you can never have too many characters! Let's face it, you can go out to eat at a plain old restaurant ANYWHERE! But only at WDW can you eat breakfast with Donald and dinner with Pooh!

I don't know how long you're going for, but it looks good to me! As for us, we're going for 4nts, 4 1/2 days in Feb, and I'm planning 4 character meals -- and it would be more if MGM still had character meals!

Have fun!!

I don't think that's too many characters at all. In fact, it looks like just the right amount to me! :D

It really depends on your kids, as a child I was never into the character meet and greets. I'm so old, they didn't have Character "meals" back then. I still don't do "Character Meals", and the only one that was ever a "must" for us was the original Chef Mickey's at Downtown Disney. Mainly because the character was more "atmosphere" than interaction, and the food was fantastic.

If your child really thinks you've scheduled too many charatcer meals, then maybe you should cut out some of them.

actually I mentioned cutting out one of them and he said NO

Well, then you don't have too many:teeth: It all depends on what your family enjoys.

We have:

Fri:Chef Mickeys on arrival (non-park) day
Mon:Crystal Palace for dinner
Wed: CRT-Breakfast
Sat: 1900 Park Fare (last (non-park) day

And we may sneak an LTT in there somewhere LOL!

I think it's dependent on whether or not you will enjoy them and it sounds like your family will! We always try to do one of each 'type' a Mickey meal, a princess meal, a pooh meal. 1900PF Was something I snuck in as our farewell to the world. We don't really *need* that character meal but it will be a nice closer to the trip!

It that is too many characters, then we are DEFINITELY in trouble!!!

Sat: arrival
Sun: breakfast Crystal Palace
Dinner at 1900 Park Faire before MVMCP
Mon: Donalds Breakfastasaurus
Tues:breakfast Chef Mickeys
Wed: 1900 Park Faire for Breakfast

We may never do this many again, but we like to try everything at least once. Also, we like to do big breakfasts, and dinners with light lunches so the character meals fit the bill!!

Have a great time, and like the other poster said...it is whatever your child thinks. If they will enjoy it, then I say GO FOR IT!!!

If that is too many, put me on the 'in trouble' list! :p
We have ps in Dec. for:
CRT, Crystal Palace- twice!, PSB, LTT, and Chef Mickey's- yep six character meals in 5 days! Oh well, what's a girl to do? DD and DS will only be 5 and 3 once- and they had a blast at character meals last year!!! (DH and I enjoyed them too!)
princess:

:daisy: Not too many at all!! They're so much fun, I have four myself...Garden Grill Dinner, Chef Mickeys Dinner, Psb and Donalds breakfastasaurus. I would love to do one more, but I think my husband will be sick of them!! Enjoy!

Hate to be the dissenting opinion here, but we found that if you have more than three or so in a weeks time, they start to lose their "specialness".

I'll toss in my 2 cents here - we just got back from a trip in Setpember - 6 days total. We had 1 character meal the first day, 2 the second day, 2 the third day, 2 the fourth day and 1 the last day. For a grand total of 8 character meals in 6 days. Restaurants were:

1st Day: Cape May breakfast
2nd Day: PSB and Ice Cream Social
3rd Day: CRT and Crystal Palace
4th Day: 1900 Park Fare Breakfast and Chef Mickey's Dinner
Last Day: Chef Mickey's Breakfast.

Our 2 1/2 year old son loved everyone of them. He was just as excited to see Chip and Dale as he was Mickey Mouse! We figure stay cheap now and eat lots of expensive character meals while he will enjoy them. Then when he's older and would rather ride rides and swim in a cool pool we'll spend less on food and more on a room. Depends on your family though. My wife and I love to watch him wave at the characters even when they're 10 tables away!

God bless!
Mark
