Too early to plan for 2012, or am I just bored??

I'm busy planning for August 2012.

So far, I've found a travel agent, decided on a resort, and have about half the ADRs figured out.

This Sunday we're having friends over for dinner. They're planning a trip at roughly the same time, but haven't been there in a good 20 years. They're still thinking about resorts. We're hoping to help them get a lot of their ideas together.

We won't book, though, until August when next year's prices come out.

Here's hoping for some magnificent offers for the time frame we need!

We changed our dates!

That's the nice thing about planning this far out -- you have plenty of time to change your mind.

Decided to go in May to celebrate our oldest son's high school graduation. We were going to go in October, without our oldest daughter, who would be away at college .. but she was so disappointed to hear that she'd be left out that we moved the trip up to May so she can join us.

What can I say? She loves Disney!

I am strating to plan our "Family & Friends" 2012 trip. We have been before, but this time around we are taking D~Cousins 6 of them from adults to 3 yrs and D~BFF.... all of which have never been... I can't wait to SHARE THE MAGIC...
Of course they are wondering "WHY ARE YOU PLANNING A YEAR IN ADVANCE"... they don't know the half of it..

I was hoping to get back there this year but for obvious reasons lol I'm a little busy this year....but am definitely wanting to go in 2012 at the end of the year. Possibly December, loved being there at that time last year and my baby will be over a year old. Have been planning in my head, and thankfully the aussie dollar is going great at the moment, only concern is finding cheap international fares. There have been a few sales recently but the condition is you have to travel within a few months. But with it being over a year away gives me pleanty of time to save

I was actually looking, just out of curiousity, at what the trip I took last December would cost me. So I fill in all the fields for the package and I was shocked that it said their were no reservations available. At first I was thinking "Oh my God. How did all the resorts fill up so quick?" Then, after a few clicks and edits, it occured to me that for what ever reason, December wasn't available yet.

I don't know why, but I was panicked.

Haha I was confused at first too! You can however, go to the resort of your choice and under the room/rates figure out how much the rooms will be for 2012. It'll give you a rough idea. I believe December is under "2012 Fall Season" When we went in 2008 it was still Value season. Oh well...

I am officially planning for December 2012! My SO and I are having serious withdrawals. We got back a few weeks ago, and the other night he looks at me and asks how soon we are going to go back Our recent trip was his first and he just fell in love.

I am so excited!!!!!!!!!! I just booked POR Royal Theme Room for June 18th-24th. This will be our first time at POR. I used the AAA discount but am hoping for a better room only discount. I will take what I can get. My husband is making sure I keep this trip in a certain budget. Yea Right!!!!!!!!!
