Tony's: ADR times for parades?

We want to try Tony's for our next trip. What time ADR would you recommend to catch the parade during our meal?

Also, would we see a parade if we planned a lunch trip?

We did Tony's for our DS's 16th birthday last year.
We had an 7:30 PM dinner ADR - was seating on the porch around 7:50 PM - we had a wonderful steak dinner and when dessert came (really special for our DS) the night time light parade was on Main Street as we were eating dessert.

To see the fireworks - you have to leave Tony's and stand in the middle of Main Street (with the crowds). There is a building to the left of Tony's (if facing Tony's) blocking the fireworks view.

My DH did some video taping of the fireworks as myself (DW) and our teen DS & DD polished off dessert.

When you call WDW dining - ask for the best time for the Tony's ADR and afternoon parade.
