Hello everyone!

Based on all the board testimonials, we booked a transport with Tony Hinds for late Fall. He has been fantastic to work with so far! Email responses generally within 2 hours, if not sooner.

However, we just found out our flight has changed - but when I emailed him, it came back undeliverable!

I searched the boards and people were commenting about him as of June 2014.

Has anyone used him since June 2014? Did you use a different email than the one found at his taxi-mco.com page listing?

My next step is to call his cell #, but I just wanted to check to see if anyone knew anything.

I ended up calling him - he no longer has a yahoo email - it's the same as what is listed on his page (that I referenced in the first post), but @gmail.com.
 
Tony is great! We use him exclusively as his price is fair, vehicles clean, always on time, reliable and a nice guy! Glad you solved the email issue :)
 

He still has the yahoo address on his page. He should update his page with the new email address. I tried to book him for our trip, used the yahoo address on his page, didn't hear back in two days, so booked with someone else, since we were leaving in two days. He did get back to me just a few hours after I booked with someone else letting me know of the email change. Well, maybe next time.

i told Tony last month he needs to change his website to reflect the new email address.

i have no idea why he hasn't updated it.


i totally understand your situation.
if i was trying to secure private transportation, i would have done the same as you did.
 
Looking at that website I am amazed that anyone would want to be associated with it. It is very unprofessional and there are some glaring inaccuracies

He may be all that, but his website didn't get even 5 seconds of my time. I surely wouldn't be sticking around long enough to book him, let alone find out how dependable or professional he is.

Your online representation is just as important as how you present yourself in person. I am positive he is losing a ton of business due to that awful website.
