tonight fireworks

i was wondering about pics from tonights firework show. i mean if they do anything diffrent and any of you are there remember to take pics lol were watching fireworks in newyork now. just wondered about Disney fireworks on the 4th

any one been
I know its probably crowded

from what i understand, the fireworks were cut short due to winds..

i was watching them on the mattercam, and it seemed they were short

Yep, they canceled them half way through the show due to winds. I'm sure there were a lot of disappointed guests.

aww man that sucks im sorry
we had poweroutage here and we all ran out side and my son was able to see fireworks from the front yard. we werent going to go out only becouse the power went out.

Poor DLR is not having much luck this year with special fireworks shows. I sure feel bad for those who waited around the hub. But better safe than sorry!

I just hope the shows happen when I am there in a month. I skipped out of my local fireworks show last night because the weather was iffy and I knew I would be (hopefully) seeing a great show at DL soon enough!

We were there and they cut them off about 7 minute in. they actually started them a bit early - immediately after the Fantasmic finish, so they could get as much in as possible before Anaheim shut them down. I'm hoping to call in a review to the podcast.

It was extremely moving and a beautiful display! I thought the song choices were excellent, as they attempted to tell the story of American colonization through it's diverse history of song. I thought the transitioning from the "This is my country" into the American folk selections was wonderful.

I can't wait to see them in their entirety next year. This was the first performance of the new annual 4th of July show (according to the OC Register). It was supposed to be such a detailed and expensive production that they only had one night's performance set up.

People were bummed and some (who don't understand the fact that there are residences so close to the park) were disgruntled, but all in all, the crowd was reasonable. Much more so than if they hadn't seen any fireworks at all!!!

Loved the fireworks and the songs that were chosen. It was unfortunate that it was cut short due to high winds but nevertheless it was beautiful to watch.
