I want that apron too!!!
I loooove that Minnie apron! I'm totally getting one when I go to DTD! Great update, as usual!
I can understand the fear of thunderstorms because I had an accident as a child. My parents tell me that I loved them before that, but now, two-plus decades later, I'm still terrified.
We got stuck in a storm at DTD too, and god, that rain! It went almost two inches up! But I don't blame you, I'd still run from store to store. Once you're wet, you're wet!![]()
What is it that she's doing that takes her so long to get ready?!![]()
Oh what cute towels! And I want that apron!!!
Love the apron and mickey oven mitts....
Cant wait for the next installment

What is it about DTD and rain? It seems like every time we spend an afternoon there it rains! I love all the cute shots around the shops; looking forward to reading more.

Second thoughts on second dress!!!!!!!!
I am having second thoughts over my New Jersey reception dress. I am thinking I want another. I sort of felt forced getting that one because my FMIL didn't think I should wear anything too dressy and my DF felt the same way. I just dont feel right in it at all. I am going to David's Bridal Sunday to pick out my Matron of Honors dress so I think I may be getting another dress....lol.![]()
I would LOVE to wear my disney dress but my FMIL thinks it would be TOO much. Bobby is wearing a suit so I guess it would be but I still want something a little poofy...LOL. I am a big poofy dress kind of girl.![]()

ummm...who the hell cares what the FMIL thinks is TOO much?? You are the bride. It is YOUR reception. I say wear it to spite her. Nothing like starting off on the right foot huh??I'm sorry but the whole idea of other people deciding what is right for YOU is just ridiculous. I adore my FMIL...but if she said something like that...I'd be like "uhhhh and why should I care what you want me to wear???"
I wasn't into the idea of wearing my wedding dress again, but in the end after several requests from some of my cousins who weren't coming to Florida I wore it again (amidst objections from other family members who thought it would be too much!)
Guess what? Our guests loved it; I had so many people say that they were hoping I was going to wear my dress again and they were happy that they got to see me in it! I did end up changing into another dress towards the end of the reception, but I kept on my wedding gown for 75% of the evening. DH only wore a suit to the reception too, we had him wear a black suit and a white tie, so it was close to the tux he wore at the wedding.

LOL. I think my problem is I feel obligated to listen since she is paying for it. I should just be like oh well, I mean how many times am I going to be able to wear a dress like that!
