Is the Kona Cafe at the Polynesian the only place you can order the Tonga Toast?

You can also get it at Captain Cook's at the Poly.

Rainforest Cafe also has Tonga Toast, but it's different than the one served at the Poly.

It is also served at Boatwright's, the restaurant in the Riverside portion of Port Orleans, but it is called banana-stuffed French toast.
