Is it possible to sit here to watch Wishes without reserving the dessert party? Not at the actual dessert party seating, but at the outdoor seating for the restaurant? I know this is open seasonally, so if we are there in the offseason, is it possible to access the outdoor seating?

Yes, it's held every night that Wishes is shown.

The only seating that isn't cordoned off by the dessert party is unsuitable for fireworks viewing.
