Tomorrowland Terrace Cafe?

Allears has a new menu up for Tomorrowland Terrace Cafe buffet (now throught the end of Sept). It is listed as a TS, and it also says that the Disney Dining Plan may be used here. I'm surprised this is not all over this board. Here's the link:http://allears.net/menu/menu_ttcbuf.htm

However, I read somewhere that you cannot make ADRs here. Do they really plan on making a walk up TS during free dining? Does anyone know about this?

They had it open Tuesday night and they were directing walk-ups from Crystal Palace over to the buffet. They had the menu available. Apparently there are lots of families that did not make ADR's and are on the free dining plan. We saw lots of turn-aways at Ragland Road, Teppanyaki, Crystal Palace and Prime Time.
