I understand you have to be 52" to drive alone, but can someone smaller drive with an adult in the car? My 4 year old would love to drive, but there is no point riding this if I have to drive (he sees that every day!). Thanks!

Oh, yes! They CAN and they DO! :lmao: :thumbsup2

My DD did this when she was four - all bundled up in her winter best on a very cold morning, sunglasses and all. Funniest thing EVER.

Just keep in mind that those cars are horribly unpredictable...I even have a difficult time steering them (6' 3", 225). I tried this with our DD5 @ the time and it was not a fun ride. :(

They can absolutely steer, and you keep your foot on the gas (which btw even got MY leg tired, and I'm a ballet dancer!!)

As all the PP's have already stated, your little guy can drive...I just push the gas petal for my little one and he does the rest!!! LOL

Same here! And to the PP who mentioned the unpredictability....our ride was pretty much:

Left...SLAM...right...SLAM...left...SLAM....right...SLAM... (repeat as needed to complete the loop). :rotfl:

And DD loved every single minute of it. :thumbsup2 Me, not so much. :lmao:

The kids can get behind the wheel and "steer" and Becky did, lol.....there's a metal spine that runs the middle of your lane to keep your car from ending up in a different lane. You should be in charge of the gas pedal though...it's not good to bump the car in front of you and I know Becky would have if I didn't have my foot on the gas....they'll even get a "Tomorrowlan Speedway License" (Becky's got ruined after we got soaked on Splash Mountain..the only disappointment of the whole trip).

That sounds like my ride with my, then, 4 yr. old. He was laughing the entire time so it was worth knowing that I'd be seeing my chiropractor soon. I control the gas pedal and DS steers.
