Tomorrowland Skyline Lounge Experience?

I just noticed this on disneyland website. I haven't been on the forums in a while but didn't immediately see anything, but what is this? Where exactly are you sitting for what experience? Any clarification would be much appreciated.

Yes! Would love some updated reviews as well!

All the reviews I was finding were on nights were fireworks were cancelled, very late May to early June.

I think the biggest problem is that fireworks are so unpredictable at DL. They are often frequently cancelled and the event makes no guarantees (because they can't).
