I leave for Disney World in less than 24 hours!! :thewave: YEEHAAA!!!!!! I'm so excited!!!

This year has been the worst year for my family & I. My mom suffered a massive stroke in mid-March and passed away from complications due to that in early June. I miss her terribly every day. My nephew was telling me one day how he wished she could be going with us and how much he missed her. I suggested that when we get to WDW, he can pick out a balloon that he thinks she would like, then when he was ready, he could give the balloon a kiss and let it go up to her in heaven. He loved this idea, as did my other nephews. The most special part of this trip is that I'm going with my family and it is much needed.

Terk, I'm so sorry for your loss. I'm sure that your dear mom will be looking down with joy on your family's special trip. Maybe I'll see you as we leave tomorrow at 9 am

I think that is a great idea. It brought teras to my eyes. My family and I often do things in rememberence of my grandmother. She was a Disney fanatic! It has always helped us feel that she is with us. Have so much fun and remeber to smile when thinking of her there! God Bless...
