And he seems to play pretty good, from what I have seen.

But I am sooo bummed to not be able to watch Tom strut around the field in his tight pants this year. No eye-candy this year!

Umm... I think a "Let's Go Buffalo!!!" is in order

Beautiful weekend to be a Buffalo sports fan! UB won... the Bills won... now if I could only access my fantasy football site to see how badly I'm losing... ugh.

Oh... and it's freaking 90º here, too. I could really use some of the snow from the Ice Bowl.

A lot of bad talk about Pats fans on this thread. I think it says more about those people than it does the Pats fans.

The fact that people are still whining about the "cheating" nonsense, which is all it is, is bewildering to me. Why people can't give the Pats their due is beyond me. They won 3 Super Bowls because they were the best team in the NFL those 3 seasons. They didn't win it last year because the Giants played better.

I have nothing against Pats fans. I have plenty against Bill B. I think he's a jerk, and obviously it wasn't "nonsense" since the league did hold him accountable for it, albeit not to the extent that he should have been.

Yep, 4 championships...and whoever said losing the Superbowl is ok, it was getting there that mattered...tell that to the Bills fans. My heart still drops when I hear the words "wide right"

I loved todays weather...I hate the "s" word. I only like our weather from about May till October.

And back to Tom Brady. With the Pats winning today it just helps my statement that a good team helps the quarterback look good.

ahh once again we will be forced to rain on Buffalos parade, much like the fraud Jets.....Tom Brady is and always will be the greatest quarterback that ever beat your team at least once, as he has beaten every team in the league....But he specializes in the Jets and Bills!!!

I have nothing against fans of any team other than Raiders fans and Browns fans (Raiders fans, I don't need to explain to anybody else who follows football....Browns fans threw a battery packed in a snowball at one of the Broncos players not to mention all the other things that they've thrown in the past years. And for the Steelers fans on here, I don't absolutely hate your team.....I do remember Jerome Bettis's mom saying that Broncos fans have the most class of any other team's fans after you guys beat us in the AFC Championship a few years ago and that was really sweet of her to say.)
I do have a lot against Belichek - both his cheating and his poor sportsmanship.

Um, yeah....where to begin with this one.

Brady doesn't usually get hit because he has one of the best offensive lines in football. Anyone who watched the Superbowl last year can attest to just how good the Giants defense was, as Brady was hit without mercy for the entire game.

All quarterbacks are supposed to "throw themselves on the ground" as you put it. Ever notice when a QB runs with the ball for a 1st down, he slides into the turf? It's so not to get injured.

I'm not going to try and defend Brady as being the best. There are far too many variables to take into consideration to make that judgement. But to say "he's not that good".............I can't even think of a word to describe the utter silliness of that. 3 Super Bowls, 2 Super Bowl MVP's, one regular season MVP, all time single season touchdown leader, led his team to 21 straight regular season victories. Yeah....he's not that good.

The 2007 TEAM will always be known as 18-1. Not brady alone...last time I checked, there were 53 people on that roster.

Belichick was the cheater...no defense there.

I can't stand the whole Karma idea....because of the way Belichick cheated (yes he did, as did many other coaches....but irrelevant as he did cheat) Brady's injury is karma? Are there other tenants of Buddhism that the Patriots need to be aware of???
