Use the airport's SOUTH exit road. Follow it to TOLL 417 and proceed southbound on that road. There will be two mainline toll plazas, each costing $1.25 and they are staffed 24/7 so you don't need exact change.

If you get off at Exit 6 (SR 536) that can connect you to I-4 westbound and you would take that to the US192 exit which you would take west towards Windsor Hills. There would be no additional tolls using this route.

Or you can remain on TOLL 417 to Exit 3 (Osceola Parkway; TO US192), follow the signs to US192 and proceed west from there. If you use this route there will be one additional toll on the exit ramp, I believe it's $.25 and exact change is required.
