Tolls at Disney?

Maybe I just don't know of what's happening in the rest of the country, but I don't know of any toll roads or bridges that don't offer a cash lane for non-regular customers.

None of the toll roads in Seattle have a cash option. They either mail you a bill in the mail after they tack on a hefty fee or you buy a transponder. The days of cash lanes for tolls are quickly coming to end.
