Hi Guys.. :)

Not long till we are off now driving down to DLP on Saturday evening..:cool1:

Its been a fair while since we drove there and totally forgot about tolls, how do we pay these are there cash booths or do they accept card payments ??

:thumbsup2

When we went in November they were doing up the tolls. I'm pretty certain they take both forms of payment as they are automated on the way back.

This is for toll roads from Germany, but I don't think the system is different if you come from the UK.

There are booths which accept cash only and others that do accept cards and cash. Most of the card ones are automated. There are signs on the different lanes telling you what lane accepts what payments. They can easily be spotted from the distance.

At the toll plaza you usually have a number of lanes open which accept various methods of payment.
Some lanes accept credit cards only, some are cash and/or cards and some are express lanes for 'telepeage' (yellow).
Look out for the symbols and colour coding overhead
The options are:
CB (Blue) = Carte Bancaire (Credit Card)
Manned toll booth (Green) = Cash or Credit Card
Automatique = Cash in the basket
