Tokyo Disney Resort PhotoKey card

I was wondering if anyone was aware how the PhotoKey card at Tokyo Disney Resort works. I have read a bit and it seems to be similar to Photopass in that the first time you take a picture you are handed a card to load all subsequent pictures and then you can view them online on the PhotoKey's Japanese website.

However, I am trying to find out if you can pre-purchase a card that allows you to download all your prints for free, the way you can with Photopass+. The website may say something about it but it's all in Japanese and the translation is not great.

If anyone has any information I would really appreciate it

It appears that they will not ship outside of Japan, there is no preorder discounts and there is a maximum of 80 photos per CD.
