Tokyo Dining?

Any recent experience here? I'm looking for one more ADR. We love our local Hibatchi but felt that the portions were smallish at Teppan Edo...a lot of onions tho! Lol. Anyway we are fans of Japanese food but don't plan on returning to Teppan Edo, so we may check out Tokyo Dining. I would love to hear opinions, what was good etc.

We love Teppan Edo and go most every trip. In October, we decided to try Tokoyo Dining.
The setting is lovely and the service was exceptional. We had a window seat with a view of the Lagoon.
I ordered a tempura chicken dish that I could not finish. It was a huge meal including soups and sides, which I didn't expect. But overall, it was too much fried food - fried chicken, fried vegtables etc. There was nothing wrong with the restaurant or the food, I just did not enjoy my choice. I would go again and order differently, but next trip we are going back to Teppan Edo.

Had the steak at Tokyo Dining - it was very good. Haven't tried Teppan Edo, have been to Benihanas many times. And we were actually very glad we didn't try it - the noise level at Teppan Edo was extremely high (you pass by to get from Tokyo Dining to the washrooms). Seemed a lot quieter in Tokyo Dining.

My wife and I love Tokyo Dining. We go every trip. Sushi is good and the tempura looks good from what we saw others having.

We love Tokyo Dining. Usually I'll order a few sushi rolls and DH will order some tempura and then we share.

December's meal at Tokyo Dining was really nice! I ordered one of the bento boxes (for variety) and enjoyed everything it came with - even the items which I thought at first might be marginal.
