Tokyo Dining Question

Does Tokyo Dining have views of Illuminations at night? Also, is this a typical Japanese place where you sit with other at a grill/table and the chef cooks the food in front of you?

Tokyo Dining is separate tables, it is not hibachi. If you are looking for hibachi you have to go to the other one- Teppen Edo. Tokyo Dining was terrific IMO, great sushi. We were there early so i can't speak personally about Illuminations but i believe someone wrote a review that said, you could kind of see them but because they don't dim the lights or pipe in the music it was hard to do so.
