tokina lenses

does any one here have experience with this manufacturer? i think it may be related to kenko???? i see some good reviews for a few of their lenses and the prices seem good but wonder what the problems are since i don't hear of anyone on here using them.

From what I've looked into, they don't have a wide selection of lenses. I do know their 12-24mm f/4 is a VERY good lens and rates very comparably to the Nikon version and the Sigma 10-20mm.

yeah it looked like they had 4 or 5 but that was one i was thinking of as well as the 80-400, which got pretty good reviews a few places( although it is priced about the same as the 70-300 IS and 70-200 f4 l
