On Pelegosto Island, click on the feather staff thing that is in Jack's hand
At Tia's Shack, move to the far left and click on the bird (?) that is sitting on the table.

LOL Cat - I will add the staff in Jack's hand but the bird is what I called a frog.
I just can't see anymore.
