When I sailed on the Wonder in June 2016, my stateroom host, Tony, did a nice job replenishing the H20 shampoo and conditioner, and the bar soaps. When I asked about shower gel he thought I meant shampoo and/or conditioner. I did not know the shower gel is for concierge. Has it always been this way?

Our last cruise was in 2007 and I can't remember if the H2O products have much of a smell. I can't handle strong smells - even if they're supposed to be pleasant.

It's a mild scent, not strong. I like the cute bottles.

Yes, we usually received: lotion, shampoo, conditioner, bath soap bar, facial soap bar.

No, not for non concierge. As someone mentioned above, you can try to request it and you might get it. I never tried it, I just brought some shower gel. But am planning to try requesting it on my next cruise!!

If you shower in the spa showers, there are dispensers with shower gel.

I am no big fan of Elemis either actually. My wife loves it so she will be all over that. I won't be shy asking for my wondeful h2o. I love the stuff. Even stranger at WDW I prefer the h2o one at the value resort that smells like orange than the mods or deluxe with Tinkerbelle on.. Lol.

I totally forgot about the lotion. I think it got replenished once over 7 days. Okay, maybe twice.
