Toiletries at AKL

I wonder if anyone could tell me what toiletries are available at the AKL. In particular I wondered if you get a disposable shower hat?

To be honest, I can't recall exactly....but I have a Disney shower cap, and AKL is deluxe, so if any resort I've stayed has them It would be the deluxe ones - so I'm going to say yes.

When we were there in April/May I did not see one...and we were checking out the new toiletries pretty hard since they had the new H20 brand ones out. We found it completely wonderful that sun relief gel that could be refridgerated was included as part of the standard set of items!

Sorry to ask, but I didn't want to start a new thread to ask... are they the same at all the resorts (value / mod's) ??? and do they still have the Mickey design ?

I'm not sure if all the resorts have been switched over to the H2O line yet, but I believe all of them will be eventually.

In terms of the Mickey design the H2O DOES have Mickey on it, but it's definitely not as "in your face" as the old packaging. Actually in AKL, all the main shampoo, conditioner, etc. products were in the H2O, but the toothbrush and toothpaste were still in the old, original black/yellow/red Mickey packaging. My guess is H2O is not a provider of dental products?

I know AKL has switched to H2O and actually sells it at Zawadi. Yummy. Also, we just got back from Vero Beach which has switched to H2O. Only lotion, pressed soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner. What a great change, although I miss "Everybody pretty? Now it's on with the show."
