Toilet paper - over or under?

That's really cute! My grandma used to keep her tea cups for company only. If you were family you used a mug.

I like mine to be over, and if someone were to put it under I would take it off and switch it. DH likes it over too, so we are very compatible that way.

I won't fix the "problem" at a friend's house unless I'm the one having to change the roll. Then I put it over. I think they are part of that "under" crowd....

I'm the only one who knows how to replace the empty roll in my house. I did attempt to teach my dh, but apparently it's a hard concept to grasp.

OMG! I thought I was the only anal person that did this. Yes, if I am in your house and use your bathroom, I will switch your under to an over.

My sister lived 2 hours aways, so when I visited her, it would be for a weekend or a week. It was a duel we had going on. She put her tp under, I would put it over, she would use the bathroom, and change it. I would use the bathroom, and change it.

I voted over but I will admit I am always happy to have toilet paper -no matter where it is. Life is so much better when there is toilet paper. At my house I am the only one to replace a roll so I usually will find it just sitting there - they can get the toilet paper but can't seem to actually put it in the proper place.

PLEASE ask before flipping the roll if the house you are visiting has either a cat or a toddler!!!

You see, they like to bat at the roll to make it spin, and they will bat at it downward. If you do that with an "over" installed roll, it will spool out onto the floor, but if the roll is "under" it will just spin around.

Trust me, you haven't lived until your cat slips into the bathroom during Christmas dinner and unspools your last roll onto the floor.

Definately an "over" it drives me batty if its under! I too will flip it around if I'm at someone else's house.
