@Teleclashter - We are listening to today's podcast, and just listened to the discussion about Star Wars characters now needing to be within 4 walls, to keep the immersive environment and that's why we won't see SWW anymore.

I'm not sure if Disney would treat Anaheim differently than Orlando in this respect, but we were in Anaheim for the opening days of Season of the Force a few weeks ago, and there were Stormtroopers regularly "on patrol" in Tomorrowland. They weren't stopping and meeting/greeting anyone, but it seemed to be a pretty regular occurrence. Any thoughts on how that would play into the discussion that was happening on the podcast?

Star Wars land is going to be so out of place in Disneyland.
It's too bad that the only thing keeping them there is Star Tours.

UNLESS, they have Star Tours only accessible through some sort of enclosed tunnel/train system that runs from California Adventure to the building it's housed in at Land.

Star tours is in disneyland, not California adventure...? Unless you are saying that SW land should be at dca, not dl?

From the rumors about the entrance to SW land, it sounds like it will be similar to toontown in how the train will create a barrier between SW and the land it borders. If they do that right, I don't think it will be out of place at all.

Star Tours is in Tomorrowland in Disneyland. Star Wars Land will be going where Big thunder ranch is and will also take up back stage areas. the train route will be changed a bit to accommodate the new land as well as a change or two to tom sawyers island.
